1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage
2 Chopped Tsp(4.0 gm) Spring Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Vinegar
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Lemon Grass
Add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass and saute well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped mushroom and 2 tsp chopped spring onion.
Add water, 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and let it simmer.
