- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp green peas, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped carrot and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp tur dal, 2 tbsp rice and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 4 Pressure cook until 3 whistles
- Step 5 Once the pressure releases, fluff the khichdi gently.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds
- Step 7 Serve it hot with masala Nestlé A+ Curd.
