- Step 1 In a blender add soaked moong, 1/8 cup oats, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp jeera and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add a little water and grind to a smooth batter.
- Step 3 Transfer the batter to a bowl, 1 tbsp rice flour, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum ,1 tbsp grated carrot and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 5 Mix all ingredients well. Add water if too thick.
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, brush it with 1 tsp oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread it thinly.
- Step 7 Roast on a medium flame on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 8 Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
