Prepreparation
Knead 1/4th cup wheat flour into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti.
Boil and mash 1/2 cup potatoes.
Preparation
In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th cup chopped red capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well, add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Saute the mixture and keep it aside.
Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side
Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
