For Fajita Spice
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 tbsp dry red chilly powder, 1/8 tbsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp oregano, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/10 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Vegetable Fajita
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne green zucchini, 1/8 cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne yellow zucchini, 1/8 cup diced broccoli, 1/8 tsp salt, Fajita seasoning and saute it well.
- Step 3
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve.
