30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1 Boiled Tbsp(11.0 gm) Peas

1/8 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg

1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot

1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.13 gm) Kadi Patta

1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic

1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1/4 Cup(34.0 gm) Wheat Vermicelli
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/4th tsp rai,1/4th tsp chopped ginger,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it nicely.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp green peas,1/4th tsp soya sauce, cooked sevai,1/8th tsp salt, and mix well.
Serve hot.
