PrePreparation
- Step 1 Cook 1/4 cup vermicelli with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp oil and drain it.
- Step 2 Beat 1/2 an egg and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.

- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/4 tsp rai,1/4 tsp chopped ginger,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it nicely.
- Step 2 Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp boiled green peas,1/4 tsp soya sauce, cooked vermicelli,1/8 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
