Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/4th tsp rai,1/4th tsp chopped ginger,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it nicely
- Step 2 Add beaten egg and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp green peas,1/4th tsp soya sauce, cooked sevai,1/8th tsp salt, and mix well
- Step 4 Serve hot
