For Cutlet
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp julienne green cabbage, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 2 Saute and keep aside.
- Step 3 In a bowl add 3 tbsp boiled mashed potatoes, vegetable mixture and combine well.
- Step 4 Shape equal sized cutlets from the mixture and keep aside.
- Step 5 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Step 6 Coat cutlet in 2 tbsp breadcrumbs and shallow fry until crisp and golden brown.

For Chutney
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 4 garlic cloves, 1 red chilli, blanched tomatoes, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped pudina and cook until soft.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3 Allow it to cool and blend into a smooth chutney.
- Step 4 Serve tasty cutlets with tangy chutney.
