- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup cooked rice and 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum, and mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 2 Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal, 1 dry red chilli, 5 kadi patta and saute well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 5 Pour tadka over the Nestlé A+ Curd rice and mix well.
- Step 6 Nestlé A+ Curd rice is ready to serve.
