Vegetable Corn Soup Recipe

Corn it is rich is in Vitamin B12, folic acid and iron which helps in the production of red blood cells in the body and it is great energy enhancer. Butter gives an extra fat to the body. the coombination of veggies and corn makes this recipe high in various nutrients.

1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper Powder

  • In a pan add 2 tsp butter, 1/8 Cup diced onion, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced green capsicum, 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder & mix.

  • Add water, add 1 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp vinegar and let it Simmer

  • Serve Hot
