1.0 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Potato
2.0 Boiled Tsp(6.0 gm) Sweet Corn
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Capsicum

  • Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp butter, wait till it melts.

  • Then add 2 tsp chopped onion, saute well. 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp sweet corn, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled, chopped potato, saute well.

  • Now add mixture, water, 1/4 tsp salt, let it simmer. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot.
