A hearty, one-pot, gluten-free, creamy dish with an aromatic flavour is vegetable chowder soup. It is loaded with nutrients and healthy vegetables.
Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp butter, wait till it melts.
Then add 2 tsp chopped onion, saute well. 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp sweet corn, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled, chopped potato, saute well.
Now add mixture, water, 1/4 tsp salt, let it simmer. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot.
