Vegetable Chicken Macaroni Soup Recipe

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
2 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Macaroni
1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Butter
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
50 Gm(50.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
  • In a kadhai, heat 1.5 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.

  • Add 50 gm chicken, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp sweet corn and saute again till it turns golden brown.

  • Now add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk while stirring slowly, add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix properly, cover and cook till the chicken is done.

  • Time to add boiled macaroni and 2 tbsp chopped spinach, mix well and serve hot.
