Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add oil, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly

Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

Cover and cook until crisp and light brown
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and cook until it melts
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 6
Flip and cook the other side
- Step 7
Serve hot with coconut chutney

For Chutney
To a blender jar add 1.5 tbsp dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp chana dal, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger and 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli.

Blend until smooth.
