- Step 1 In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp boiled peas,1/2 tsp garlic paste,1/2 tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1 tbsp chopped cauliflower,1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tsp garam masala.
- Step 2 Saute well.
- Step 3 Add water as required.
- Step 4 Cover & cook well.
- Step 5 Add cooked rice. Mix well.
- Step 6 Add 1.5 tbsp grated cheese. Mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Cook for 23 min.
- Step 9 Serve hot and enjoy.
