- Step 1
In a bowl, 1 boiled potato, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything and mash well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp black til, and mix well.
- Step 3
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round cutlets.
- Step 4
In a pan, place cutlets and shallow fry with 2 tsp oil till crisp.
- Step 5
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
