For Tikki
- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and stir fry for a minute.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3 Now add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Mix well and make round tikki.
- Step 6 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry tikki until golden brown.

For Burger
- Step 1 Cut 1 burger bun into half and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise and place 1 lettuce leaf over it.
- Step 2 Place the tikki . Now add 1 cheese slice on top.
- Step 3 Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 green capsicum slice.
- Step 4 Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 5 Serve
