1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot(Chopped )
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans(Chopped )
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped )
2 Slices(12.0 gm) Tomato
2 Slices(18.0 gm) Onion
1 Slice(6.0 gm) Capsicum
2 No.(18.0 gm) Lettuce
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 No.(21.0 gm) Cheese Slice
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper(Powder )
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

  • For Tikki

    Heat Kadhai

  • Add 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp Cchopped french beans

  • Stir Fry

  • Add boiled mashed Potato, 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.Now add 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

  • (Nestle Twist)

  • Mix Welland make tikki

  • Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan

  • Shallow Fry Tikki until Golden Brown

  • For Burger

    Cut Bun Into Half

  • Apply 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, 2 Lettuce Leaves

  • Add Tikki . Now add 1 no. Cheese Slice

  • Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and capsicum ring

  • Cover the Filling

  • Serve
