- Step 1
For Tikki
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and stir fry for a minute.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder. Now add 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Mix well and make round tikki.
- Step 5
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry tikki until golden brown.
- Step 6
For Burger
Cut bun into half and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise and place 1 lettuce leaf over it.
- Step 7
Place the tikki . Now add 1 cheese slice on top.
- Step 8
Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and a capsicum ring.
- Step 9
Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 10
Serve
