In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp of besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and mix well to form a smooth batter.

Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly.
- Step 3
Roast on both sides using oil.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
