- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp of besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Step 2 Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly.
- Step 3 Roast on both sides using 1.25 tsp oil.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
