- Step 1
For Vegetable Mixture
Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until onion turns light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup chopped green capsicum, 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1 tbsp chopped carrot, salt as per taste and saute for a minute
- Step 3
Add tomato puree and mix well.

Cook for a minute and set aside

For Pie
In a bowl add 1 cup grated cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well.

Grease a baking tray, add the cauliflower mixture and spread evenly.
- Step 7
Layer it with vegetable mixture.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve warm and enjoy!
