For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no.bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
Add into the 1/8th cup Chopped Green Capsicum.1/4th cup chopped mushroom,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/8th tsp salt, and saute it well.
Add prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.
For Pie
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup grated cauliflower,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Take a baking mould and add the cauliflower mixture, spread evenly.
Add vegetable mixture on top.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till mixture gets light brown in colour.
Serve hot.
