- Step 1 For Vegetable MixtureIn a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no
- Step 2 bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well
- Step 3 Add into the 1/8th cup Chopped Green Capsicum
- Step 4 1/4th cup chopped mushroom,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/8th tsp salt, and saute it well
- Step 5 Add prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely
- Step 6 For PieIn a mixing bowl add 1 cup grated cauliflower,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and mix well
- Step 7 Take a baking mould and add the cauliflower mixture, spread evenly
- Step 8 Add vegetable mixture on top
- Step 9 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till mixture gets light brown in colour
- Step 10 Serve hot
