1 Grated Cup(138.0 gm) Cauliflower
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Small(45.0 gm) Tomato
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
1/8 Chopped Cup(17.0 gm) Capsicum
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1 Number(0.09 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
  • For Vegetable Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no.bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/8th cup Chopped Green Capsicum.1/4th cup chopped mushroom,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/8th tsp salt, and saute it well.

  • Add prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.

  • For Pie

    In a mixing bowl add 1 cup grated cauliflower,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Take a baking mould and add the cauliflower mixture, spread evenly.

  • Add vegetable mixture on top.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till mixture gets light brown in colour.

  • Serve hot.
