1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
0.11 Julienne Cup(12.0 gm) Cabbage
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Vinegar
1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/8 Diced Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Diced Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum
  • Melt 2 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8th cup julienne cabbage, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced carrot and saute.

  • Once the vegetables are slightly softened add boiled sweet corn, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Along with the required amount of water, add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp vinegar.

  • Stirring the soup well, bring it to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.

  • Serve hot.
