1/8 Diced Cup(3.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Cup(27.0 gm) Brown Rice
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Slice(3.0 gm) Ginger
  • In a kadhai add 1/8 cup brown rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, cover,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped broccoli,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, and cook it till lightly thick.

  • Add into the 1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve with soya sauce.
