- Step 1 Heat kadhai, add 2.5 tsp ghee, 3 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage and 4 cauliflower florets.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp elaichi powder, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and saute.
- Step 3 Add a little water to cook vegetables.
- Step 4 Cover and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Step 5 Add saffron and cooked basmati rice.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 7 Mix everything well.
- Step 8 Serve hot with raita or kadhi.
