- Step 1 In a bowl, add ground quinoa, 1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp cocoa
- Step 2 powder, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda and 1/8 tsp salt. Mix it well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup soy milk, 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnut.
- Step 5 Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30
- Step 6 minutes.
- Step 7 Serve.
