- Step 1 In a blender, add soaked chole, water and blend well.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add chole mixture, 1 tbsp mashed tofu, 2 tsp chopped spring onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 2 tsp oil, spread batter and cook from both sides.
