- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp boiled soya granules, 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 2 Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Divide into equal size balls, roll it and gently flatten it.
- Step 4 On a pan roast it with 2 tsp oil till golden brown and crisp.
- Step 5 Serve Hot with any dip or ketchup.
