- Step 1 In a mixer jar, add the boiled soya granules, boiled chole, 4 garlic, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and the ground powder.
- Step 2 Blend these into a paste and keep aside.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 In a bowl, take 2 tbsp boiled & mashed potato, add the prepared blended
- Step 5 paste,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix these well.
- Step 6 Take a small portion of the above mixture and flatten it on your palm and make
- Step 7 a tikki.
- Step 8 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis on both the sides nicely.
- Step 9 Serve hot along with onion, tomato and lemon slices.
