Prepreparation
Boil 1/4th cup soya granules, 2 tbsp boiled chole seperately and keep aside.
Dry roast 3 red chilli, 1 tsp dania seeds, 1/8th cinnamon stick and grind these into a fine powder.
Boil 1 small potato.
In a mixie jar, add the boiled soya granules, the boiled chole, 4 garlic, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and the ground powder.
Blend these into a paste and keep aside.
In a bowl, take 1 tbsp boiled & mashed potato, add the prepared blended paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix these well.
Take a small portion of the above mixture and flatten it on your palm and make a tikki.
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis on both the sides nicely.
Serve hot along with onion, tomato and lemon slices.
