- Step 1 In a bowl add soya granules, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1.5 tbsp besan and 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 3 Mix everything well, take a portion and shape into evensized kebabs.
- Step 4 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, place the kebab rolls and let it roast
- Step 5 Roast from all sides until cooked and it turns golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
