Veg Seekh Kebab Recipe

Veg Seekh Kebab is a variation of classic kebab of Mughlai cuisine.This delicious and tempting dish relished by all, that is a great treat to your taste buds is filled with protein, energy, fiber and calcium. 1/2 Cup(38.0 gm) Soya Granules

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly Powder
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.74 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • In 1/2 cup soya granules, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan and 1/2 tbsp ghee.

  • Mix everything well and make cylindrical shaped kebabs.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry seekh kebabs till it turns golden brown.

  • Serve Hot.
