Veg Seekh Kebab is a variation of classic kebab of Mughlai cuisine.This delicious and tempting dish relished by all, that is a great treat to your taste buds is filled with protein, energy, fiber and calcium. This mouth watering dish as a snack or appetizer can be paired with a chutney or dip of your choice.
In 1/2 cup soya granules, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan and 1/2 tbsp ghee.
Mix everything well and make cylindrical shaped kebabs.
Heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry seekh kebabs till it turns golden brown.
