A weekend dish in every home indeed. Add the colourful veggies to bring about the healthy twist and dejunk the traditional favourites of children. Perfect way to incorporate all kinds of vegetables in a child's diet.
Take a pizza base and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce and 1 tbsp mayonnaise evenly across the pizza base.
Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn.
Grate 2.5 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.
Garnish with 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes & oregano.
