Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter and 1.5 tbsp maida and mix everything well.

Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 cup diced capsicum, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, water as required, and mix well.
- Step 4
Add boiled penne pasta and stir to combine.
- Step 5
Season with 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp chopped parsley, and water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Step 6
Let it cook for an additional 23 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Step 7
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a bread of your choice.
