Patty
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.
Add 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.
Take a bowl and add the oats mix, 2 tbsp mashed potato, mix well and shape into a tikki.
Press gently and stuff it with 2 tbsp grated coconut
Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.
Burger
Cut a bun into half.
Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup evenly on 1 side of the bun and 1 tsp mayonnaise on the other.
Add 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the prepared tikki. Cover with the other half of the bun.
Serve.
