2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
2 Slice(18.0 gm) Onion
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Medium(66.0 gm) Burger Bun
  • Patty

    In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Take a bowl and add the oats mix, 2 tbsp mashed potato, mix well and shape into a tikki.

  • Press gently and stuff it with 2 tbsp grated coconut

  • Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.

  • Burger

    Cut a bun into half.

  • Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup evenly on 1 side of the bun and 1 tsp mayonnaise on the other.

  • Add 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the prepared tikki. Cover with the other half of the bun.

  • Serve.
