- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and saute
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix again.
- Step 5 Take off the flame and keep aside.
- Step 6 In a bowl add 3 tbsp rice flour, 1/8 tsp salt and pour in little warm water
- Step 7 Knead into a soft dough and add 1 tsp oil and set aside.
- Step 8 Take the rice flour dough, divide into equal parts, roll each into a round shape
- Step 9 Add a spoonful of the vegetable mixture on one side, cover with another side and seal the edges
- Step 10 Place the momos on a greased plate and steam until soft
- Step 11 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 12 Serve fresh and hot with a chilli sauce.
