- Step 1
For Manchurian
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 3 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste, and mix everything well using a little water.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding a grated carrot.
- Step 3
Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree Celsius for 5 mins.
- Step 4
Make balls and air fry them with little oil till golden brown and crispy.
- Step 5
For Gravy
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 ½ tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, and saute till onion turns translucent.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 7
Add 1/4 cup chopped Spring onion, water as required, and let it boil for a few minutes.
- Step 8
Add corn flour slurry and stir it gently till gravy thickens.
- Step 9
Add manchurians and give a stir.
- Step 10
Serve Hot
