  • For the fried noodles, in a bowl, add boiled and drained spaghetti and 2 tsp cornflour.

  • Coat the noodles completely with the flour and then deep fry.

  • Prepare a cornflour paste by mixing 1tsp cornflour with 10 ml water and keep aside.

  • Then, in a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and 1/4th tsp each of grated garlic and ginger, and 1 tbsp of chopped onion.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Add 1 tbsp each of chopped carrot, cabbage, and mushroom.

  • Saute again to mix everything well.

  • Now, add 1 tsp each of tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.

  • Add sufficient water, and mix well.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.

  • Add the prepared cornflour paste.

  • Let the soup simmer.

  • Add fried noodles on top and serve hot.
