- Step 1 In a blender add 1 red chili, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp peanuts, 2 cloves with a little water
- Step 2 Grind to a smooth paste and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 4 Add the spice paste and cook for a minute
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, pour in little water and mix it well
- Step 6 Add 1/8 cup boiled chopped potato, blanched cauliflower, blanched carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas and mix all vegetables
- Step 7 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix together
- Step 8 Pour in 1/2 cup coconut milk and simmer everything on a low flame
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 10 Serve hot with rice.
