Prepreparation,
Boil 1 tbsp peas and 1/8th cup of chopped potato, carrot and cauliflower each. Keep aside.
For paste,
In a blender, add 1 dry red chilly, 1 tsp dhania, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp peanuts, 2 cloves and water as required. Blend well into a paste. Keep aside.
For gravy,
In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
When mixed well, add the premade mixture.
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix again.
Add water as required, stir, then add 1/8th cup chopped boiled potato, 1/8th cup chopped boiled cauliflower, 1/8th cup chopped boiled carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder and mix well.
Finally add 1/2 cup coconut milk and stir.
Allow it to simmer.
Serve hot with rice.
