  • Heat Kadhai, add 3 tsp oil, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.

  • Now add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp cauliflower, 1 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp french beans, 1 tbsp carrot, saute well

  • Add water, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, stir and serve.
