This sabji is filled with loads of vegetables, its extremely flavorful with lots of indian spices.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/4th tsp jeera.
Once jeera starts crackling, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and sauté.
Once the onions start turning slightly transparent, add 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder along with 1 tbsp peas and sauté.
Fold in 2 tsp cream, cook and add 1 tsp coriander leaves and a little water.
Allowing it to simmer, cover and cook until done.
Serve hot with chapatti.
