  • In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and water to make a smooth batter.

  • To the mixture add 1/8th cup diced carrot, 1/8th cup diced capsicum, 6 cauliflower florets, 1/8th cup diced baby corn, 6 broccoli florets and mix well.

  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown.

  • Remove & allow to cool.

  • Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan.

  • To the pan add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilly, 1 tsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, water, 1/2 tsp vinegar and vegetables.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
