Veg Crispy Recipe

Veg crispy is a mouth-watering appetizer that is simple to prepare and delicious to serve. An excellent option for someone who does not eat vegetables. It is best served with tomato ketchup or green chutneys.

2.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Corn Flour
1.0 Tbsp(19.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Onion

30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and water to make a smooth batter.

  • To the mixture add 1/8th cup diced carrot, 1/8th cup diced capsicum, 6 cauliflower florets, 1/8th cup diced baby corn, 6 broccoli florets and mix well.

  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown.

  • Remove & allow to cool.

  • Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan.

  • To the pan add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilly, 1 tsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, water, 1/2 tsp vinegar and vegetables.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
