2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Green Zucchini
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Quinoa
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, 1/8th cup chopped spinach and saute it nicely.

  • Cover with a lid and cook them.

  • Add cooked quinoa,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp grated cheese then mix it well and cook for some time.

  • Serve hot.
