- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and saute
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves
- Step 4 Toss for a minute and set aside
- Step 5 In another pan, pour 1/8 cup Nestle a+ slim milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 6 Add 1.5 tbsp grated cheese and cook until it thickens
- Step 7 Keep stirring for a smooth consistency
- Step 8 Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes and salt as per taste.
- Step 9 Turn off the heat and set aside
- Step 10 In a greased baking bowl, add cooked quinoa, sauteed vegetables and cheese sauce
- Step 11 Bake the dish for 1520 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Step 12 Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
