Veg Cheese Cheela With Garlic Chutney Recipe

  • For cheela

    In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.

  • Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of prepared batter.

  • Spread the batter evenly and cook with 1 tsp oil.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on it and allow it to cook completely.

  • Cheelas are ready to be served.

  • For chutney

    In a blender, add 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 soaked red chilly, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and blend it together to make a smooth paste.

  • Serve hot cheese cheelas with fresh chutney.
