Veg Cheese Cheela with Garlic Chutney Recipe

Cheelas loaded with mix vegetables, flour and cheese makes it an easily acceptable and like by all dish as a breakfast or a snack option.

70.0 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Number(0.38 gm) Red Chilly

  • For cheela

    In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.

  • Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of prepared batter.

  • Spread the batter evenly and cook with 1 tsp oil.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on it and allow it to cook completely.

  • Cheelas are ready to be served.

  • For chutney

    In a blender, add 3 tbsp chopped garlic, 3 soaked red chilly, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and blend it together to make a smooth paste.

  • Serve hot cheese cheelas with fresh chutney.
