Cheelas loaded with mix vegetables, flour and cheese makes it an easily acceptable and like by all dish as a breakfast or a snack option.
In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of prepared batter.
Spread the batter evenly and cook with 1 tsp oil.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on it and allow it to cook completely.
Cheelas are ready to be served.
In a blender, add 3 tbsp chopped garlic, 3 soaked red chilly, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and blend it together to make a smooth paste.
Serve hot cheese cheelas with fresh chutney.
