- Step 1 For cheelaIn a bowl, add 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required and mix well
- Step 3 Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of prepared batter
- Step 4 Spread the batter evenly and cook with 1 tsp oil
- Step 5 Sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on it and allow it to cook completely
- Step 6 Cheelas are ready to be served
- Step 7 For chutneyIn a blender, add 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 soaked red chilly, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and blend it together to make a smooth paste
