For Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1 tbsp chopped carrot and sauté it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp red chili sauce,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Wrap
- Step 1 In a kadhai add water and bring it to boil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup bajra flour and mix it well.
- Step 3 Transfer to a bowl. Add water as required and knead into a soft dough. Roll out the dough into a sheet.
- Step 4 Cut into small circles and add the mixture in the center and seal the momos.
- Step 5 In a steamer, put the momos on a plate. Cover & steam till done.
- Step 6 Serve.
