- Step 1 In a thick bottom pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3 Then add 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato, 1/8 cup boiled peas and mix well.
- Step 4 Once mixed, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 5 When all the ingredients are mixed, add little water, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Remove from flame and serve hot.
