  • In a thick bottom pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • Then add 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato, 1 tbsp boiled peas and mix well

  • Once mixed, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder and mix well.

  • When all the ingredients are mixed, add little water, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well

  • Remove from flame and serve hot.
