1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    Cook 1.5 tbsp tur dal with 1/8th tsp haldi.

  • Cook 2 tbsp rice with 1/2 tsp salt.

  • For varan bhaat

    In a plate, add cooked rice topped with 1 tsp ghee and cooked dal.

  • Serve hot.
