Vanilla Pudding Recipe

This simple but delicious Vanilla pudding will make your day brighter ! Serve it with chocolate sauce and strawberry, makes this dish even more drool-worthy!

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk
1 No.(45.0 gm) Egg
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
  • Preparation

    Break an egg in a bowl, beat it and keep it aside.

  • Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup milk.

  • Once it starts to simmer, add 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, the beaten egg and mix well.

  • Once slightly cooked, take it off the flame and transfer it to a tin mould.

  • Place the mould in a double boiler and cover it.

  • Once it is fully cooked, transfer it to a serving plate.

  • Garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberry and serve.
