In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil.
When it turns aromatic, add 2 tbsp chopped almond. and 1 tsp sunflower seeds.
Roast till they turn slightly golden and crunchy.
Now, add 2 tbsp honey along with 1/8th cup chopped dates, 2 tbsp almond powder, 1/8th tsp salt, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.
Keep mixing till lumpy.
Transfer to tin and shape into bars.
Cut and serve.
