1 Tbsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/8 Chopped Cup(20.0 gm) Dates
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2 Chopped Tbsp(22.0 gm) Almond
2 Tbsp(56.0 gm) Honey
2 Powder Tbsp(16.0 gm) Almond
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil.

  • When it turns aromatic, add 2 tbsp chopped almond. and 1 tsp sunflower seeds.

  • Roast till they turn slightly golden and crunchy.

  • Now, add 2 tbsp honey along with 1/8th cup chopped dates, 2 tbsp almond powder, 1/8th tsp salt, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.

  • Keep mixing till lumpy.

  • Transfer to tin and shape into bars.

  • Cut and serve.
