Coconut Based Field Beans Curry Recipe

Its a classic maharashtrian dish, its served as a curry, is extremely easy to make and tastes delicious ! It filled with lots of protein and fiber.

As Required(70.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai on low flame and add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 4 no. kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing and saute well.

  • Now add 1 tsp grated fresh coconut, saute till it turns light brown.

  • Then add field beans, red chilly powder and mix well

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp jaggery, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 50 ml water and let it simmer.

  • Serve hot.
