*For Manchurian*
- Step 1 In 1/4 cup grated green cabbage, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup besan.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 3 Mix well and make balls.
- Step 4 Heat oil For frying.
- Step 5 Deep fry the balls to golden brown.

For Sauce
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste
- Step 2 Saute well.
- Step 3 Now add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- Step 4 Now add fried balls, mix 1 tbsp corn flour with little water and add it to the pan.
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion.
- Step 6 Mix well.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
