This delicious usal is great lunch or dinner, its easy to make filled with loads of protein.

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

  • In a kadhi, heat 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/4th cup field bean and mix well.

  • Add 100 ml water and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Mix well and allow it to cook.

  • Serve hot with chapati.
