This delicious usal is great lunch or dinner, its easy to make filled with loads of protein.
In a kadhi, heat 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Then, add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/4th cup field bean and mix well.
Add 100 ml water and 1/4 tsp salt.
Mix well and allow it to cook.
Serve hot with chapati.
