Dal Mixture
- Step 1 First dry roast 2 tbsp wheat flour and 2 tbsp grated dry coconut and keep aside.
- Step 2 Also soak 1 tbsp urad dal for 10min and then grind to a smooth paste.
- Step 3 In a pan heat 1/8 cup ghee add 1/2 tbsp besan, urad dal paste and stir it till golden in color.
- Step 4 Add roasted wheat flour and coconut,1 tbsp khoa, 1 tsp chopped pista, and mix well.

For Date Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add water as required, and 2 tbsp finely chopped dates then mix well and boil till thick in texture.
- Step 2 Add dal mixture, mix and cook it well. Remove from flame and cool it well.
- Step 3 Make a round shape pinni and serve.
