Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/3 cup boiled mashed yam, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp ajwain and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding oats
- Step 3
Mix it together and set aside.
- Step 4
Next, in another bowl add 1/4 cup buckwheat flour and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5
Mix everything well
- Step 6
Gradually add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 7
Add the yam mixture and mix everything together
- Step 8
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten it, and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 9
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast with oil on both sides until light brown.
- Step 10
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd
