- Step 1
For stuffing
Take a mixing bowl and add 1/3 cup boiled mashed yam,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp ajwain and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
Mix well with hand and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Dough
Take a mixing bowl, take 1/4 cup buckwheat flour and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Mix it properly with hand, add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 5
Take the dough and fill the stuffing and roll it in a ball shape.
- Step 6
Coat it very lightly with buckwheat flour, flatten it and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 7
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1.5 tsp oil on the paratha.
- Step 8
Allow it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 9
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
