Heat a pan at a low flame, pour in 1 cup milk and 1 tsp sugar.
Mix and allow it to boil.
Meanwhile, take a blender and add 5 sliced almonds, 5 sliced cashew nuts, 4 sliced pista, a few strands of saffron, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder and 1 tsp sugar.
Grind it to obtain a fine mixture.
Add the mixture in the boiling milk, mix and allow it to boil for a few more minutes.
