Tzatziki dip can be a great help in getting your kids to eat more veggies! It’s super simple to make and a hit at any get-together. 0.25 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd

3 Grated Tbsp(56.0 gm) Cucumber

1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
ingredients
0.5 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
0.25 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
ingredients
0.12 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup curd, 3 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • Chill and serve.
